Market Update for Single Family Houses

There were 349 residential detached houses sold in May.  The average list price was $184,805.  The average sold price was $175,119.  The median sold price was $150,000.  Interest rates have gone back down to around 5% as of June 30th.  June 27th:  There are currently 210 houses for sale in Northeast Pensacola and out of these 104 are between 1,000 to 2,000 sq feet with 3+ bedrooms 2+ baths with Median List Price of $151,750.   In Southwest Pensacola there are 324 houses for sale and out of that number there are 154 between 1,000 and 2,000 sq feet with 3+ bedrooms 2+ baths with a median list price of $130,000 and average list price of  $161,094.  Call me today, direct line 850-554-9543 for the latest home listings in your neighborhood.
