You should go into this knowing that you are most likely going to be competing with another buyer for the same home. This is even true on the few homes that have been on the market for than 30 days. You remember what it is like to go to a grocery store,
remember that? You walk into the store you look around and see that the check registers are basically free of lines and you continue in to pick up a few items.
It is only but 15 to 20 minutes and you head to the registers to pay and....Now there is a line! What the heck. The same thing happens in real estate, where a house has sat there for 30 to 60 days and you go in thinking that you are the only buyer. Wrong!
You know the rest.
That is the Pensacola Florida real estate market, just like the checkout registers. The same goes for Gulf Breeze, Cantonment, Milton and Pace.....throw the beach in there too. You can use my site, PensacolaAreaProperties.com
stay connected to the multiple listing service that real estate agents use to know what is available (more accurate than Zillow).
