Market Reports for Escambia and Santa Rosa County Florida

Single family detached houses averaging 434 closed sales per month in Escambia County and 305 per month in Santa Rosa County Florida.

We have a less than 30 day supply of homes available. In Escambia County there needs to be an additional 2,299 homes for sale to be at a 6 month supply. A 6 month supply is considered a balanced market, meaning that the buyers and sellers do not have a clear advantage over each other. In Santa Rosa County an additional 1,608 homes need to be added for sale to reach a balanced market.
