First off, I want to let you know that I love the Real Estate Profession because it allows me to help people like you with the best advice possible for you. It is not work for me, but rather a profession filled with passion that serves as a compass to lead you to your goals.

I am married with two children. Our family has a dog, two cats, and 4 hens....and we miss our Golden Retriever, Jake. Originally from Southern California, I arrived in Pensacola by following my childhood dream of flying. After college I did a year of computer programming before joining the Marines that eventually led to my Wings of Gold..."Naval Aviator"......And my future wife, Chanel.

My approach to my profession is to come to you with a servant's heart.  Yes I enjoy all the different aspects of residential real estate whether it is working with first time home buyers, savvy investors, the 55+ age group or just giving advice.  There are a couple of niches worth noting.

First, I have helped over 100 families avoid foreclosure through the hard work of negotiating with their lender to accept a mortgage payoff for less than the balance.  In this endeavor I have also dealt with foreclosure attorneys, local government housing authorities, state of Florida housing authorities, the USDA and their rural loan program, attorneys representing credit card companies and automobile loans.  The success in the end is worthwhile because of the emotional relief that my clients receive.

Secondly, helping a person find the right investment is a joyful adventure.  Pensacola Flip this House, has been quite rewarding.  It is true, you make the profit when you acquire the property.  Turning an ugly duckling into a beauty and then having a person fall in love with the home is quite an accomplishment.  Helping people acquire property to increase their asset holdings and create another stream of monthly income is important to me.  And just as important is being free to advise a person to pass on a property.

Giving back to the community is important for me.  I am a mentor in the Take Stock in Children Program.  Once a week during the school year I am lucky enough to mentor a high school student.  The mentoring of this young man started in the 8th grade and we are now nearing the end of 11th grade.  The program rewards the student with an academic scholarship toward higher education.  If you are interested in joining the mentoring program please let me know.

I am here with 20+ years of experience to serve your real estate needs in Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Perdido, Pace, Gulf Breeze and Cantonment Florida.

Sincerely,

Jack Lara
